How to post large resource file?

as the title, i tried to post a resource that over 70 MB and it not allow me to upload. What should i do?

Its better to use cloud.mail.ru because all servers is based in Russia and DMCA not working there

yes ,but please remember how was lost nulled.cc,because someone was upload DLE content.so cloud.mail.ru was safest with 100%
