very nice plugin with a lot of options. Meta Box is for developers and this plug creating metaboxes, fields etc with programmaticly system and basic knowledge of php is required.
This is basic features and it's not enough but you can find extension for create metafields and not only for posts "the default"
Users have settings page and can create field with repeated and display as you want as tabs or groups. Must to have plugins
