it is not work with php 8.1 but only support 8.1

can not get vendor folder

Problem 3
- symfony/http-client[v6.0.0, ..., v6.0.20] require php >=8.0.2 -> your php version (7.4.33) does not satisfy that requirement.
- symfony/http-client[v6.1.0, ..., v6.3.1] require php >=8.1 -> your php version (7.4.33) does not satisfy that requirement.
